The theoretical and experimental basement of composition and technology of new medicine for gynecological application and elaboration of scientific methodic researches for creation of vaginal suppositories with anti-microbes action "Fluge-dinum" have been represented in the thesis. On the basis of complex biopharmaceutical, physicochemical, pharmacotech-nologycal and microbiological researches the optimal technology and method for standardization of suppositories for vulvovaginal candidiasis and candidas vulvo-vaginalis treatment have been elaborated.The stability of suppositories at storage has been investigated.
