The theoretical and experimental grounding of the composition and technology of new medicinal preparation in the form of ointment named "Filetol", which contains antiseptics of natural (extract rich Chlorophyllipt) and synthetic (Ethacridini lactat), reparant Dexpanthenol are developed in the dissertation. The ointment is used for treatment of wounds in the first and second phases of wound process. The standartization of ointment methods have been developed. Pharmacologic tests of the developed ointment have been carried out. The preparation high effectiveness and stability during the certain long-term storage conditions have been proved
