In dissertation complex research is first conducted on creation of bleaching mean - depigmentation tonic for gypermelanos for all types of skin. On the basis or results of physical and chemical, microbiological and biological researches the optimal composition and the rational technology of depigmentation tonic which as working bleachings substances: kojic acid and sodium ascorbyl phosphate. Of physical and chemical properties of tonic are explored and his stability is proved in the process of storage during two years. High bleaching activity and harmlessness of depigmentation tonic is proved
