Yanenko U. The optimization of diagnostics of cattle and swine pasteurellosis on base of the clinical and experimental substantiation

Dissertation dedicated for investigation of using and experimental basing of the method polymerase chain reaction for pasteurellosis diagnostics in agricultural animals and determination of value of the method. It was investigated the etiological structure of respiratory diseases of cattle and pigs and determinated the leading role of pasteurella as a secondary etiological factor of infectious rhinotraheitis of cattle and infectious atrophic rhinitis of pigs. It was shown the importance of Pasteurella multocida strains A and D in this diseases.It was developed "The Instruction for laboratory diagnostics of pasteurellosis animals and birds", it was asserted with science-methodical council of department veterinary medicine MinAPK of Ukraine, protocol 3 from 20.12.2006.In the laboratory of veterinary expertise was adopted the patent for using immunoglobulin- free purified bovine serum, what was also free from inhibitors, toxins, mycoplasma and have high stimulated properties for pasteurella. It was stated the patent "The mode of determination of antilysozyme activity of P. multocida with using purified bovine serum" from 12.11.2007, № u 2007 12479, ent № 357907.
