Essay

The dissertation is devoted research of properties of the higher nervous activity at men of 40-49 and 50-59 years with infringements of system and cerebral blood circulation against an arterial hypertension. It is established authentically low level of indicators of all investigated parameters of functional mobility and force of nervous processes, simple and difficult visually-motor reactions, and also memory and attention at men with an arterial hypertension in comparison with norm. It testifies to propensity to inertness and weakness of their nervous processes, to bradyphreny their memories' activities and specifies in decrease in a tone and working capacity of a cerebral cortex. It is revealed the tendency to decrease in levels of all investigated neurophysiologies of functions at men of 50-59 years in comparison with men of 40-49 years, but statistically significant differences in larger quantity are established in group of men with normal hemodynamic. By results of correlations the analysis of intersystem communications leading hemodynamic parameters which oppress properties of the higher nervous activity are defined. Them is emerged: the high arterial pressure, the increased volumes left ventricular and lowered ability of heart, and also high resistance and a tone of small vessels of a brain, and venous stagnation.
