Yermolayeva A. Development of technology of wool scouring with the use of electro-bit nonlinear volume cavitation

A research object is a process of wool scouring on the basis of electro-bit treatment. A research purpose is a decline of resource-demanding of process of wool scouring at the simultaneous improvement of quality of the washed wool due to development of the scientific-grounded technology of scouring of woolen fibre from natural contaminations with the use of electro-bit nonlinear by volume cavitation. Research methods are colloid-chemical methods, methods of the mathematical planning, termogravikolorimetricheskiy method, method of microscopic research. Application of electro-bit nonlinear volume cavitation is grounded in the process of preparation of wool, that allowed considerably to reduce resource-demanding of process at the simultaneous increasing of quality of clean wool. New effective washing composition is developed on the basis of surfactants of domestic production. As a result of theoretical and experimental research developed and recommended to introduction the technology of wool scouring with the use of electro-bit nonlinear volume cavitation in a complex with the washing in solution of the offered washing composition. Influence of the developed technology of scouring is described on physicochemical, chemical and technological properties of wool. Introduction of workings out is planned in the industry.
