Essay

The subject of research: immunophysiological processes in organism, microbiological and enzyme processes in small and thick intestines of chickens during critical periods of ontogenese, after vaccination and based on the feeding with methifene and together with ascorbic acid. The purpose of research: to find out physiological and biochemical mechanism of formation and regulation of cellurar and humoral factors of chickens immunity during critical periods of growth and development and after vaccination, to find out age characteristics of microbiocenos and the level of enzyme processes in intestine, to substantiate the using of new complex immunomodulators for prevention immunosupresor state of poultry organism after vaccination. Methods and equipment: physiological, clinical, hematological, biochemical, immunological, microbiological, electronic and microscopic and statystycal. Theoretical and practical results, scientific novelty: for the first time, it was determined the stimulative influence of methifene with ascorbic acid of functional activity T- and B-system of immunity, bactericidal and lysocine activity of neutrophiles. It was ascertained that complex immunomodulated action of preparations are displayed, on the state of the receptoric apparatus of membrane T- and B-lymphocytes, changing their functional activity. Subject and level of introduction: It was got the patent userful model of № 36497 “Way of defence of young poultry organism at vaccination“ from 27.10.2008. Proposals: with the purpose of rising the young poultry viability and warning immunodepresive states during critical periods of growth and development, removing the immunosupresor action of vaccination on organism, is recomendated to feed chickens from third to thirtieth days of age in dose 280 mg/kg methiphene and 50 mg/kg ascorbic acid. Practical implementation: in the conditions of poultryfarm CT “EGO“ Zhovkivskyy region, Lviv district, COLTd “Zahidagroproduct“ Terebovlanskyy region, Ternopil district, FІ “Zahid-Ptytsya“ Pustomyty region, Lviv district, DІ “Avangard-Agro“ with “Avangard“ Tysmenetskyy region, Ivano-Frankivsk district.
