Essay

A research object is the process of planning of difficult high science good. Providing of effective implementation of projects of creation of high science technique on the basis of the active use of past experience and development of methods of component approach at planning of difficult space wares are a research purpose. The basic methods of research are: systems analysis for forming of the layered architecture of difficult space good; theory of enumeration for the analysis of great number of variants of component architecture; acceptance of decisions for estimation of efficiency of implementation of projects space system engineering; management by the risks for estimation of technical risks; component approach for the project management on creation of a new space technique; optimization with the purpose of minimization of expenses on creation of space good. The practical importance consists that the developed complex of models and methods of project management of creation of difficult space technique is applicable to the concrete engineering methods: the selection is the component of the repeated use on experience of past developments; forming of component architecture; management by a life cycle and risks at creation of innovative components of space good. The method of the component planning space system engineering, based on the selection and classification of components for creation of the layered architecture of difficult good which unlike existing, is first developed, is based on the integrated case frame by projects, which settles to promote efficiency of implementation of projects of creation of high science space technique. The method of planning of the difficult systems in part of synthesis of the architecture of difficult good, got by enumeration of variants, which settles grounded to choose component architecture of difficult space good, is improved. The method of project management in part of management by the life cycle of creation got further development the component of the difficult systems, which settles to take into account and to formalize past experience at creation space system engineering a new generation, and also method of management by the risks in part of analysis and estimation of technical risk of separate components of project of creation space system engineering a new generation. The introduction - of a particular branch. Further use of the results got in dissertation are recommended on enterprises and organizations, activity of which is related to creation of space technique, as methods, algorithms, programs and results of calculation of basic indexes of project.
