The dissertation work is devoted to research the adaptation of the kardio-respirator system of young females and males 18-20 years to different meteorological situations. The results of our researches showed that adaptation reaction of the kardio-respirator system on the unfavourable meteorological situation at persons of postpubertation period of ontogenesis predefined sex and somatic factors. The reaction of organism to the unfavourable meteorological situations shows up in the increase of oxygen consumption for 1 minute in the state of relative muscular rest regardless of sex and somatic types
