The investigation dedicated to the study CIHD in patients with CКD stage III-V . It was used the pathological ECG changes, Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram and biochemical tests .The suggested scale of cardiac risk for calculation of risk of CVD development in patients with CRD stage III-V was provided. Treatment this patients by atorvastatin, trimetazidin, bisoprololum showed high efficiency.
