Popova E. Development of Engineer's Creative Potential in Professional Education Process in Technical Higher Educational Establishments

The problem of students' creative potential development in Technical Higher Educational Establishments (THEE) has been investigated in this thesis. Explanation of concepts "engineer's creative potential", "students' creative potential development in Technical Higher Educational Establishment" is provided. Conceptual approaches and student's creative potential development model in Technical Higher Educational Establishment are developed and theoretically reasoned. It has been proved that necessary and sufficient conditions for students' creative potential development in THEE are: purposeful teachers training for students' creative potential development; mental and creative enrichment of educational process in Technical Higher Educational Establishment; creation of branchy stimulation system for professional and creative self-expression.
