Dissertation research devotes to the social philosophical comprehension of value orientation of a personality as determinate of deviant behaviour of young people.Note the multiplicity theoretical approaches to the description of the social object and thematic variety its problem workings. The Social determinants are detected deviant behaviour of young people, general characteristic deviant activity as a social phenomenon. There was examined a mechanism of the social determination of the deviant behaviour in the viewpoint of interrelation of the social environment, microenvironment, the personality as bearer of the value orientation.
