Object of research: method of diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis polimorbid pathology of small cattle. The purpose of research - to investigate an etiology of ketosis and hepatodystrophia of female sheep as polimorbid pathology, work up a method of prophylactic therapy. Methods of research: clinical, morphological composition of blood (erythrocytes, leucocytes), biochemical (hemoglobin, common of keton bodies, acetone+acetoacetatis, glucose, common bilirubin, common cholesterol, common protein, protein fractions, common calcium, nonorganic phosphor, indicator enzymes - AST, ALT, GGTP). Scientific novelty of work: first investigated, experimentally and theoretically substantiates polimorbid pathology of female sheep. Etiological and pathogenetic characteristics of ketosis lactation sheep was done. Experimentally carrying out modeling of ketosis of female sheep, searched its main pathogenetic characteristic links. First worked out and clinically approved effective method of prophylaxis of spontaneous ketosis of female sheep. It is offered: diagnostically criterion of polimorbid pathology of lactation and female sheep, for treatment ketosis and hepatodistrophy to use a complex addition "Antyket", for prophylaxis - complex mineral-vitamin addition "CMV". It is introduced: received results are used in educational process in learning discipline "inner diseases of animals", scientific researches (south branch National university of bioresorces and nature use of Ukraine "The Crimean Agrotechnological University") and practice of veterinary medicine (results researching work were include in "Methodical recommendations of diagnostics, treatment and prophylaxis of ketosis and hepatodistrophy female sheep".
