Object of research - hemapoiesis in horses. The purpose of research - development of informative diagnostics methods of disturbance hemapoiesis in horses with different pathology. Methods of research: clinical, quantity of erythrocyte and them population composition, physical, biochemical, histological, serum diagnostics, toxicity studies. Scientific novelty of work: for the first time were studied informative diagnostics techniques of hemapoiesis pathology - population composition of erythrocytes, irontransferrin complex and 2,3-diphosphoglycerate in different breeds of horses, age groups and physiological conditions. It is offered: physiological limits of hemapoiesis indices in clinical healthy horses; early informative diagnostics methods his change consequently diseases different etiology; application of irontransferrin complex and 2,3-diphosphoglycerate for characteristic of hemapoiesis change at different diseases; use of drug Catozal for recovery of hemapoiesis in foals with anemic syndrome. It is introduced: obtained results are used in scientific research and educational process. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
