Ustjuganin V. The pathogenetic role and correction of immunoendocrine misbalance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and spinal traumatic disease

Research subject: COPD in patients with spinal cord traumatic disease. The aim of research: substantitation of anabolic steroids use expediency in complex medical treatment of COPD in men with neurotrauma at a late period of rehabilitation.Methods: clinical, functional, laboratory. Theoretical and practical results: the features of the external breathing function violation are set, exactly disbalance of the immunnoendocrine system and androgen (testosteron)-linked immunnodependent regeneration of bronchial epithelium. Method of omnodrenom of 250 respiratory muscles disfunction correction and reparative regeneration of bronchial epithelium stimulation in men with COPD on the neurotrauma background is worked out and inculcated. Novelty: For the first time it is shown,that sick men in a reproductiv period with combined COPD, spinal cord traumatic disease and hypogonadism have disbalance in reproductive sphere hormones checking system for immune answer realization and reparative regeneration of bronchial epithelium.
