Korchagina O. Diagnostic value of clinical-radionuclide researches in patients with sarcoidosis of respiratory organs

Research subject: 121 patient with sarkoidozom of organs of breathing. The aim of research: to ground expedience of application of radionuklidnih methods in diagnostics of sarkoidoza of organs of breathing taking into account the methods of medical treatment. Methods: clinical, functional, laboratory, roentgenologic, radionuklidnie. Theoretical and practical results: the indexes of pulmonary blood stream and given functions of vnutrigrudnih lymphatic knots of sredosteniya at sarkoidoze are sensible tests in determination of localization, prevalence and degree of activity of pathological process at sarkoidoze. Meaningful copulas between the indexes of radionuklidnogo research and indexes of function of the external breathing are set. Application of different medicinal charts is grounded and the criteria of control of efficiency of therapy of sarkoidoza are given. Novelty: data in relation to the character of violations of regionarnogo blood stream of lights and activity of inflammatory changes in the vnutrigrudnih lymphatic knots of sredosteniya at patients with sarkoidozom of organs of breathing are first systematized.
