Malchenko A. Complex estimation of glucocorticosteroid nebulizer inhalations clinical efficiency in exacerbation of chronic obstructive lung disease

Research subject: 124 patients with the chronic obstructive disease of lights. The aim of research: to develop the system of measures on the rise of efficiency of ambulatory medical treatment of intensifications of chronic obstructive disease of lights (COPD) with the use of glyukokortikosteroidov through nebulayzeri. Methods: clinical, functional, laboratory, estimation of quality of life and adherence to medical treatment. Theoretical and practical results: the system of measures for the rise of efficiency of ambulatory medical treatment of intensifications of COPD is offered. The model of organization of conduct of patients in the conditions of the specialized pulmonologicheskogo medical-rehabilitation center medical treatment in which leads the flows of disease to the substantial improvement is developed. For medical treatment of the COPD intensifications expediently application of nebulizirovannih budesonida and flutikazona propionata, that, on comparison with the peroralnim reception of prednizolona, is accompanied by the same high клинико-functional efficiency, but with less frequency of giperglikemii (on 18,4 %) and rise of system arterial pressure (on 16,0%). Thus substantially quality of life of patients and their adherence to medical treatment get better. Novelty: first for medical treatment of the COPD intensifications application of nebulizirovannih budesonida and flutikazona propionata is offered.
