Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improvement of methods of diagnostics and preventive maintenance gerpesviridae infections of the first and second type at horses. Distribution gerpesviridae infections of the second type and joint infection by the first type in some regions of Ukraine is investigated. On a basis serological monitoring it has been marked infection by second type 55 %, and joint 32 % of researched horses. Adaptation of two subtypes LR-10 and LR-43 gerpesviridae horses of the second type on culture of cells of a trachea cow is lead. In result the virus which is received causes CPD in on culture of cells through 6 - 7 days. As a result of use of a method blashek clone EHV-2 ТТ which causes CPD on culture of cells through 5 - 7 days is received. Clone EHV-2 ТC was used for reception of an antigene and hyperimmune whey of components for statement RDP. The circuit of statement polimerazno chain reaction for detection EHV-1 is developed. The high factor of correlation of results RDP, RSGA and PCR, in diagnostics gerpesviridae infections of the first type is determined. At horses struck EHV-1 it is established authentic (р <0,05) decrease in quantity of leukocytes, hemoglobin, and at defeat EHV-2 it is established authentic (р <0,05-0,01) decrease only leukocytes. At horses at joint defeat EHV-1 and EHV-2 it is established authentic (р <0,01-0,001) decrease in quantity gematocrit, hemoglobin, the general fiber and increase in quantity of leukocytes and antibodies. For the first time influence of a preparation izamben on levels of interferon, hematological, biochemical and serological parameters at horses infected EHV-1 and EHV-2 is investigated.
