Al R. Avian infectious bronchitis (efficiecy of vaccinoprophylaxis and chemotherapy by means of triazolinum now preparation)

The object of study - the virus of infectious bronchitis of chickens, drugs triazolinovogo series fosprenil. Purpose - study epizooticheskoy situation infectious bronchitis of chickens among poultry meat production in Ukraine and Jordan and the determination of antiviral activity of drugs triazolinovogo series. Research Methods - epizootologicheskie, virological, serological, microbiological, pathologoanatomic, molecular genetic, histological, haematological, statistics. Theoretical and practical results: Methodical recommendations "Determination of tracheal ciliary activity of chicken and the mitotic regime of transplanted cell culture Vero, infected with strains of infectious bronchitis of chickens." Novelty: For the first time after the epizootic and serological monitoring ptitsepogolvya in Ukraine and Jordan, an analysis of the spread of infectious bronchitis in chickens (CSI), the effectiveness of vaccination and circulation epizooticheskih strains. We prove the identity of the biological properties of strain IS 1 (Ukraine) and isolates I 1 VIB (Jordan). In the model of infectious bronchitis virus for the first time studied the antiviral activity of preparations triazolinovogo series (MIC 108 and rumosolu), cyto-defined (in the culture of primary cells) and embriotoksichnost, as well as doses that inhibit viral replication and optimized in experiments on chickens infected with the virus of CSI. A scheme for the introduction of drugs, which provides an antiviral and immunomodulatory actions. The novelty of the development is protected by two patents for utility models Ukraine: 26692 "Isolate LEE 2 as a producer of antigen of infectious bronchitis of chickens" (27/12/2006 zayavl. city, publ. 10/10/2007) and 36330 "Derivatives of 1,2, 4 -- triazoles, which determine the antiviral activity against viruses in chicken embryos (zayavl. 22.04.2008, publ. 27.10.2008). Degree of implementation: Methodical recommendations "Determination of tracheal ciliary activity of chicken and the mitotic regime of transplanted cell culture Vero, infected with virus strains of infectious bronchitis of chickens, which are approved by the scientific advisory board of the State Committee of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine (protocol № 1 dated December 20, 2007) .
