The thesis is devoted to developing recommendations to improve the management of construction projects through the creation and development of famous models and methods of office management in construction projects. Investigated the problem improve the management of construction projects. Developed the concept of management information system construction projects. Research-based recommendations on the main organizational and technical components of the Office of Management building projects. An information technology to support decisions regarding the organization of office management in construction projects. The mathematical model of the choice of organizational structure and management team of construction projects, improved mathematical model of the choice of software and hardware technical support, as well as the proposed models and methods for obtaining the optimal solution for the organization of office management of construction project.
