Essay

A research object are features a civil society development in modern socio-political and economic terms. The article of research is to determine the forms of co-operation between personality and civil society in the context of subsequent globalization in social life. Methodological principles of research: etatism and anti-statism, comparative method of approach, systematical approach, post-fundamental method. Scientific novelty of dissertation research: - it is shown that the primitive forms of co-operation between personality and civil society is realized in two ways- individual and publicly collective; - - it is proved that main pre-condition in origin of civil society can be individual freedom, the variety of which can be taken in two forms as efficient "freedom from" and outside rationality "freedom for"; - it is shown that post-industrial society is assumed by the inlaid decomposition; it's found that during globalization civil society can not be interpreted as an object of administration; - it is found that changes in role of personality when forming the post-industrial civil society is caused by the special type of reality, disguised and indefinite due to multiplicity of own various displays; - it is well-proven that the "inlaid society" of post-industrial epoch is deprived single culture. It, rather, accepts the signs of blip-culture, as marginal subcultures in society go out on the first plan and collective minorities, attaining due to realization synergetic energy needs, expectations, desires of certain level in development, appear in majority; - it's well-proven the necessity in content revision about the idea of contrasting the civil society and state; described the role of personality in the subsequent strengthening of democratic institutes and reorientation of legal civil society.
