Кorsun S. Psychological bases of professional selection of operative subdivisions workers of tax militia

The dissertation considers the basic normative and psychological principles of the system of professional psychological selection of the candidates to the operative positions in the system of tax militia State Tax Administration (STB) bodies of Ukraine. There were worked out and tested the number of methods of professional psychological choice of the employees of operative subdivisions of tax militia, which represent the complex of activities directed at the definition of the suitability level of the candidates pretending on the position of the workers of operative subdivisions of tax militia. The results of empiric experiments proved the hypothesis about dependence of the successful professional activity on certain important professional qualities, necessary to the fulfillment of the professional duties, mentioned above.
