Essay

The object of research is repressive and punitive policy of USSR authorities, its origins, causes the formation, consequences, deformation of the political system of society. The aim of research a comprehensive analysis of massive repression against national minority Southern Ukraine, in which defines the role and place of terrorist policy totalitarian state to achieve full control over society, determined regional peculiarities of punitive policies and its consequences for the population.The subjec of research a massive repression of the national minority totalitarian era, specific features of repressive, punitive policies in the South of Ukraine. The methods of research: comparative-historical, historico-typological, problem-chronological, statistical. The results of research and novelty: the position of representatives of national minorities is shown in 1920-30 years in the research work. The influence of totalitarian system which ruined the base of economy and traditional way of living of national minorities which lived in South Ukraine is represented; the state of national minorities in the time of famine in 1921-1922 and 1932-1933 years is investigated. Forms and methods, the historical conditions of background, ideological securing of repressive policy of totalitarian regime against Polish, German, Jewish, Bulgarian population and representatives of other ethnic groups who lived in the south region of Ukraine are shown. The sphere of usage: subsequent development of subject of research, writing of summarizing labours, train aids, during reading of courses of history of Ukraine.
