Timchenko A. Development of the composition and technology of tablets "Apitar" with film-coated

Complex research is first conducted on creation of tablets under the conditional name "Apitar" on the basis of honey of natural powdery, pollen bee and acid succinic as antihypoxic mean. Properties of honey are studied natural powdery, pollen bee and acid succinic. Technological descriptions of operating substances are studied, and also their mixtures. Technological properties of mixtures were considerably worsened as compared to initial substances, findings allow to draw a conclusion in relation to the necessity of application at development of composition of tablets of auxiliary matters for the receipt of mass for tabletting. Conducted research on development of composition and technology of tablets "Apitar". The physical-chemical properties of suggested preparation, its stability, specific activity and harmlessness have been studied. On the basis of physical-chemical, biopharmaceutical and biological studies, the composition has been theoretically and experimentally grounded, and rational technology of tablets under the cod name "Apitar" with action-protecting and antihypoxic action has been developed.
