Dobrovolskyi O. Improvement of fuel efficiency and ecological indicators of trucks with diesel engines

The dissertation is devoted to the research of influence of a regulator on fuel efficiency and ecological indicators of trucks with tractor diesel engines. The sample of one regime frequency regulator of rotation of a diesel engine of a fuel pump 4UTNM on the basis of serial all regime regulators is developed and patented. The mathematical model of movement of the car is specified at modes of an urban driving cycle for lorries by a fully loaded mass more than 3,5 tons with which help it is possible to investigate ecological and fuel-economic indicators of the trucks equipped with a tractor diesel engine, with different types of regulators. Motorless probes of a fuel pump of a high pressure 4 UTNM and motor probes of tractor diesel engine D-241 with different types of regulators, probes of transients of diesel engine D-241 with different types of regulators, road probes of a lorry GAZ-53-12 equipped with tractor diesel engine D-241 with different systems of regulation are conducted. Computing probes on mathematical model of influence of a method of regulation on indicators of a tractor diesel engine and the car are conducted at urban driving cycle modes. Adequacy of mathematical model is checked up by road probes of a truck GAZ-53-12.
