Didyk S. The Novoslobidskiy cossack regiment (1753-1764)

The object of research: military-territorial formation - the Novoslobodskiy cossack regiment. The aim of research: to find out the measure of effectiveness of the Novoslobodskiy cossack regiment in the military and economic relations. The subjec of research: historical conditions of beginnings, geopolitical aspects of functioning of the Novoslobodskiy cossack regiment, forms of governmental control after folk colonization motion, dialectics of combination of initiative of cossack population with bureaucratic imperial structures. The methods of research: logical, descriptive, historic-genetic, historic-comparative, retrospective, methods of bibliographic and archival heuristics, classification.The results of research and novelty: a place and role of the Novoslobodskiy cossack regiment is analysed in historic development of Southern Ukraine and in the plans of the Russian government. Military, church, socio-economic history of the Novoslobodskiy regiment is fully explored. The effectiveness of Novoslobodskiy regiment in the military and economic relations is set. The sphere of usage: subsequent development of subject of research, writing of summarizing labours, train aids, during reading of courses of history of Ukraine.
