The dissertation focuses on the analysis of the notion 'managers' psychological comfort', which is widely used in informational systems; of the influence of cryptography on the formation of psychological comfort for managers. The number of points of view on the psychological comfort were systematized and generalized. The author presented his own definition of managers' psychological comfort in their professional activity. The study was carried out concerning the influence of psychological comfort of a person on the effectiveness of his/her work. It was determined that there is average positive, statistically proved dependence of the level of managers' psychological comfort while working with informational systems on their knowledge in cryptography.
