Okis O. The Professional Development of the Public Servants at the Central Executive Authorities as a Stabilization Factor of the Public Service in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the issues of the professional development of the public servants at the central executive authorities and its influence on stabilization of the public service in Ukraine. The importance of the issue raised by the author is determined by the implementation of the administrative reform in Ukraine and the Eurointegration course of the State. For the first time in the field of public administration and public service the author analyses the professional development of the public servants at the central executive authorities as a stabilization factor of the public service in Ukraine and defines its shortcomings.
