Polishchuk O. Socialization of Personality as a Сitizen of Ukraine: Social and Philosophical Analysis

The conditions' specificity of personality's socialization as a citizen of Ukraine in the transitional Ukrainian society is determined in the dissertation; among them: transition to the market relations, reinterpretation of the old and formation of the new values and traditions, reversal of the monoideologism, diversification of the forms of political and socio-cultural life, establishment of the democratic civil society, virtualization of social and political space. The theoretical reconstruction of the modern socio-cultural and political context of Ukraine is realized in the research. The author determines and analyzes the reasons, which prevent from formation of democratic political culture as a criterion of personality's adaptation to the social space and time. It is found out, that socialization of personality in the modern society should eventuate under such methodical bases and socio-cultural conditions as: a) humanization and pluralisation of political life; b) tendency to tolerance of socio-political interrelations; c) recognition of multi-dimensionality of socio-cultural and political phenomena; d) reversal of the practice of reductionism when making political constructs and models of social perception for benefit of formation of possibilitistic thinking.
