Object: system of training for social workers in establishments of Higher Education in Sweden; objective: to reveal content, forms and methods of training for social workers in Social Work with young people and children in establishments of Higher Education in Sweden; methods: literature analysis, synthesis, deduction, observation, conversation; novelty: for the first time in Ukraine there were defined and generalized factors and tendencies of development of the system of training for the social workers in establishments of Higher Education in Sweden, there were analyzed study programs, content, forms and methods of practical and theoretical training for social workers in Social Work with children and young people on different levels in Sweden; results: Swedish experience in training for social workers in Social Work with children and young people is generalized, recommendations for the use of Swedish experience in Social Work education are worked out; field – Social Pedagogics.
