Essay

We analyzed the results of treatment of 180 children with different types of congenital diaphragmal hernia (CDH). We worked out and improved complex of preventive surgical techniques for treatment of children with CDH, degree of intensity of viscero-abdominal defect and respiratory distress syndrome which allowed us to decrease post operative death rate in children of all age groups till 13.22% against 40%-89% as per literature and we reached complete absence of recurrence of this pathology in our patients.
