Object: social and pedagogical activity of Higher technical educational establishments’ museums; purpose: theoretical grounds and experimental verification of organizational and pedagogical basis of the efficiency of social and pedagogical activity of Higher technical educational establishments’ museums; methods: literature analysis, interviews, questionnaire, social and pedagogical experiment, modelling; novelty: organizational and pedagogical basis of the effectiveness increase of social and pedagogical activity of Higher technical educational establishments’ museums is grounded and developed; results: organizational and pedagogical basis of museums’ social and pedagogical activity is realized; body-essences basis, concept-category system, statutes and conception of museums’ social and pedagogical activity are developed, the program „Museum for students”, social pedagogics branch.
