Dissertation is devoted a receipt and study basic immunomodulating properties of transfer factor of active immunity against the plague carnivorous. At implementation of dissertation work the parameters of cultivation of virus were optimized plagues carnivorous in the culture of cages and in chicken embryos for the receipt of mass of preparation to the antigen. The method of vaccination of pigs-donors of transfer factor, specific in relation to the plague of carnivorous is developed. The pre-production models of transfer factor active immunity, specific in relation to an exciter plagues carnivorous are got, and certain them immunobiological activity. Transference of hypersensitiveness of slow type is carried out to the exciter plagues carnivorous from sensibilized donors (pigs) to the intact recipients (white mice and chicken embryos) by a transfer factor, specific in relation to an exciter plagues carnivorous. Immunobiological activity of separate factions of transfer factor, got the method of sorptography is studied. Influence of TF is set on some biochemical and haematological indexes of blood of dogs. Protecting activity of transfer factor, specific in relation to an exciter plagues carnivorous is experimentally well-proven, on chicken embryos. The method of receipt of the combined standards of factors of transfers, specific in relation to adenovirosis is developed, infectious hepatitis, parvoviral infection, leptospirosis and plague of dogs and investigational them therapeutic efficiency in clinical terms.
