Essay

The object of research: pastereloz rabbits. Methods. Work was carried out using Epizootological, clinical, bacteriological, serological, immunological, biotechnological and statistical methods. Scientific novelty of the results. The first set of circulation krolivnytskyh farms in Ukraine serovariantu P. multocida and prove the uniformity of its morpho-kulturalnymy and biochemical characteristics, as well as differences in degree of virulence of serovariantiv A and D. experimentally proved the feasibility of using the phenomenon toksynoproduktsiyi for manufacturing complex antigen pasterel. In scheme 5-6-input single antigen in increasing doses of donor animals received highly protypastereloznu antitoxic serum for prophylaxis and therapy pasterelozu rabbits. The novelty of the research is patented in Ukraine for useful model: "Method of antitoxic serum against rabbit pasterelozu" (№ 17849), strain Pasteurella multocida № 5 serotype A for the manufacture of immunological products "(№ 27680), strain Pasteurella multocida № 37 in serotype for the manufacture of immunological products "(№ 27678), strain Pasteurella multocida № 12 serotype D for the manufacture of immunological products" (№ 27679). Designed and recommended for practical use method of obtaining antitoxic serum against pasterelozu rabbits, technical documentation for production and control of antitoxic serum against pasterelozu rabbits (TU 24.4-00497087-037:2006 instruction on manufacturing and control sera in terms of quality and card-tab on the drug), which was approved by the State Department of Veterinary Medicine of Ukraine 19.06.2007, the MAP instructions on pasterelozu control animals, which was approved by the State Department for Veterinary Medicine (protocol number 4 from 22-23.12.2004) and SOU 85.20 37 629:2007 "Pediatrics. Methods of laboratory diagnosis pasterelozu animals and birds. Profession - Veterinary medicine.
