Essay

The object of research - Marek's disease, immunosupression, immunoprophylaxis. The aim - studying features of pathomorphological changes development of central and peripheral immune organs, and hen proventriculi also after vaccination with different vaccines against Marek's disease and infection with epyzootical strains of Marek's disease virus. Methods of research - histological, morphometrical, histochemical, statistical. Theoretical and practical results: definition the features of lymphoid aggregate localization at proventriculi of healthy and sick birds allows to get additional data on pathohistological diagnostics of Marek's disease. It is need to consider the histological estimation of character and degree of atrophy, cystic destruction and delymphatization of bursa of Fabricius during estimation of immunosuppressive action of modern vaccines against Marek's disease. Novelty: it was detected the features and change dynamic of hen central and peripheral immune organs after vaccination with vaccines against Marek's disease in first time in Ukraine. It was proved that histological investigations of bursa of Fabricius show more informative data on immunosuppressive influence of vaccines against Marek's disease. It was established a presence of Marek's disease virus strain in Ukrainian farms. These strains caused a defeat of bursa of Fabricius and there were defined five main types of changes. It was received new data on features of localization, structure and dynamic of development of proventriculi aggregates and caecal tonsila structure at chickens of different ages. Degree of inculcation: there were developed "Methodical recommendations for histomorphological estimation of vaccines against Marek's disease at their supressive influence on hen immunity organs", and "Methodical recommendations for pathomorphological diagnostics of hen proventriculus pathologies". Field of using: veterinary medicine.
