Romanjuk K. Morphological changes in skeleton bones under conditions of heavy metals salts influence (anatomy-experimental investigation)

The disssertation gives the results of investigation of morphofunctional changes of skeleton bones in conditions of combination of heavy metals salts. Changes in skeleton bones were studies utilizing osteometry, light microscopy with morphometry methods, chemical-analytical analysis and mathematical process of data received. It was revealed abnormality of skeleton bones growth, structure, histological as well as chemical composition abnormality under conditions of heavy metals salts combined influence, which showed up in bones linear dimensions decrease, growing cartilage structure and morphometric indices abnormality, as well as abnormality of compact substance and sponge of tubular, trabecular and flat bones of animals. Decrease of mineral saturation of bones and calcium level are accompanies with hyper hydration and accumulation of metals arrived to organism.
