Object: The object: formation of professional value system among the students of artistic and pedagogical specialities in the process of musical performing activity; the aim: giving the theoretical background and checking theoretically pedagogical conditions that provide the effective formation of professional value system among the students of artistic and pedagogical specialities; the methods used: literature analysis, questioning, conversations, interview, expert evaluation, observing, pedagogical experiment; the novelty: the pedagogical conditions that provide the effective formation of professional value system among the students of artistic and pedagogical specialities have been described; the results: there have been made up the curriculum for the courses “Main musical instrument”, course of lectures in a specialist field “The history of jazz formation and development”, conceptual value education and game situations, there have been developed the methodological recommendations for individual work organization students; the field – Theory and Methodology of Professional Education.
