Thesis covers the process of manpower drill in Security Service of Organization of Ukrainian nationalists (b) in the period from 1941 to 1951. In research are considered the reasons of creation of educational-instructive system in Security Service of OUN(b) and its role in education of Security Service cadres. In research is analysed an educational process and its evolution during the German occupation of Ukraine in 1941-1944 and in post-war years.
