Essay

In thesis were investigated the principle stages of S. Efremov's course of life, his public-political, published, secret and scientific activity on the basis of study of archive sources and documents, memories, letters, publications, as well as extensive literary inheritance of S.Efremov. The candidate for degree analyzed his many-side public-political activity at pre-revolution period and at the period of UNR 1917-1920, period of totalitarian socialistic regime directed on protection of independent of Ukraine. For the first time in this thesis are given facts of existence and activity of secret organizations as Braterstvo Ukrainskoy Derjavnosty and Spilka Vizvolennya Ukrayny in the 1920-1929 and active research in scientific institutions.
