Вubnov E. Future teachers’ training for polyethnic education of junior schoolboys in the Autonomous Republic Crimea.

The object: professional-pedagogical training of the future teachers in the conditions of Autonomous Republic of Crimea; the aim: theoretical substantiation and experimental approbation of model of professional-pedagogical preparation of the future teachers to polyethnic education of junior schoolboys; methods: the theoretical: the analysis of the philosophical, sociological, psychological-pedagogical literature; a method of the system analysis; a method of theoretical modelling; the empirical: conversation, questioning, pedagogical experiment, a method of studying of the documentation and student's works; statistical methods; novelty: achievement of pedagogical thought on a problem of polyethnic education in the conditions of Autonomous Republic Crimea is generalised for the first time; the essence of concept „readiness of students for polyethnic education of junior schoolboys” is opened; conditions of effective preparation of the future teachers to polyethnic education of junior schoolboys are revealed and characterised; results: the special course „Bases of polyethnic education” is developed and approved, a work technique on preparation of teachers to polyethnic education of junior schoolboys can be used in the course of retraining of teachers of initial classes for the purpose of vocational training perfection; the field: theory and methodical of professional education.
