In this work we investigated the influence of vertical impulsive magnetic fields, created by rotation of the magnetic field in right and left direction, on total base-line activity of trophotropic and ergotropic areas of hypothalamus in rats, which were placed in physiological and stress conditions. Research showed that character of hypothalamus bioelectric activity changes under the influence of impulsive magnetic signal depends both on direction of rotation of the field and from the initial state of investigational structures. As a result of researches a correspondence was set between changes of rats' electrohyphotalamogramme parameters under the influence of the magnetic field and changes of stress reaction development. This correspondence pointed that magnetic field influences the organism of animals, as a stress-factor. It was set that the vortical magnetic field of dextrorotation causes more expressed changes of electrohyphotalamogramme in rats, that can testify the correspondence of the right directed magnetic signal to the structural anisotropy of bioobjects. Under the influence of the magnetic field the changes of stressed rats hypothalamus bioelectric activity are more intensive and begin earlier comparing with changes which are caused by the isolated influence of stress or field. A difference in forming the answer on the magnetic field from a stress answer consists in more expressed changes in electric activity of trophotropic part of hypothalamus, as in stress greater number of analyzed indexes variants are observed in the ergotropic area of hypothalamus.
