Klimenyuk Y. Training the future teacher of initial school to the development of intellectualy gifted of students

The actual pedagogical problem - the preparations of a future teacher of initial school to the development of intellectually gifted students is researched. The theoretical fundamentals of the phenomenon of giftedness is defined, of the basis of content analysis the notions "giftedness" and "intellectual giftedness" are specified; the models of intellectual giftedness in the works of foreign and native scientists are analyzed. The technology of the future teacher's training of the initial school to teaching the intellectually gifted pupils on the enrichment of the content of traditional courses in pedagogy and history of pedagogy is proposed. The optional course "Training the teacher for the work with the gifted pupils" is worked out and introduced. The approbation of the effectiveness of the worked out technology of the pedagogical faculties students of higher educational establishments is realized; the results of constatation and formation stages of the experimental research are analyzed; the perspective trends of the development of the problem of teacher's training for the gifted youth of Ukraine are defined.
