Ovsiannikova O. Transparency of Judicial Power.

Dissertation is devoted to the research of the essence and contents of judicial power transparency. The contents of judicial power transparency can be revealed through its structural elements' analysis. The following transparency elements can be outlined: availability of information about the court as a state body; court process publicity; publicity of information about judicial self-governmental bodies and judges; court decisions' availability. A wide variety of international legal acts is analyzed, on the basis of this analysis criteria of judicial power transparency enforcement are formed. Changes to legislation are proposed to increase judicial power transparency level in the state. Problems of laymen obtaining court information are analyzed in detail, solutions are given.
