A serological study and monitoring of the epizootic situation of bovine leukemia in Zhytomyr Oblast was held. It was established that the disease spread over 21 of 23 regions of the Oblast. Trouble-free for leukemia are Novograd-Volynsk and Baranivka regions. We defined a quantitative assessment of the epizootic situation of tension with leukemia cattle in the 2000-2007 in terms of areas. Cattle leukemia spread cartogram for the different parts of the region was developed. It was found that kombiferon doses of 10-50 thousand MO / cm3 causes growth inhibition of FLK culture and causes destruction of cells. The study of kombiferon's preventive action in experimental infected rabbits showed that a single dose of the drug in doses of 0, 55 x 10^6 MO per 1 kg body weight is not enough to protect the body from animals' persistence leukemia virus. Clinical and hematological, immunological and path morphological changes in rabbits suffering from leukemia were studied in complex. The method of determining the biological activity of interferon in serum rabbits and cattle was modified, and its levels in healthy and infected cattle and rabbits were set. Izamben was first used while cattle leukemia. The possibility of its application is aimed to increase the sensitivity in identifying animals with hidden stream leukemia. Multiple correlation-regression analysis for mathematical identity factors that delay cattle farms from recovery from leukemia was modified. Equations of Epizooties development, which enable us to create the forecast of epizootic process and plans for improvement of farms, were made.
