Ovcharenko V. State authorities of Ukraine on affairs of religions: formation and activity (1921–1930)

Object of research - state-confession relation of USSR in 1921-1930. The purpose of research – study of political-legal bases and main directions of activity of bodies of state authorities on affairs of religions and changes, connected to it, in religious environment. Methods: hermeneutic, analysis, logic, heuristics, description, analogies, logic, historical, historical-genetic, historical-comparative, historical-typological, social-psychological, synchronous, religious-aesthetic, statistical, mathematical. Scientific novelty: in the dissertation for the first time in a complex on the basis of achievements of a domestic historiography and the analysis of new sources as the subject of special historical research the process of creation and activity of state authorities on affairs of religions is studied. The practical value of the dissertation consists in an opportunity of use of results of work in the further researches on a history of religions in Ukraine, and also by experts-practices of state authorities on affairs of religions; in a general lecture courses and special courses on a history of Ukraine. Sphere of use: state authorities on affairs of religions, higher educational institutions.
