Pustovalov V. Physical fitness of the middle school age pupils with the different level of physical development and neurodynamics functions properties

The problem of perfecting the complex estimation system of individual physical fitness of middle school age pupils with different level of physical and neurodynamics development is considered in the thesis. The investigation results of the physical fitness state and dynamics of the pupils aged 11-14 with different level of physical development and neurodynamics functions properties have been presented in the work. The basic components of physical fitness have been discovered; its norm standards have been developed. The complex estimation of pupils' physical fitness has been substantiated according to peculiarities of physical and neurodynamics development. The computer program and recommendations of differentiated approach to the individual estimation of physical fitness of the middle school age pupils have been developed and offered for the first time according to peculiarities of physical and neurodynamics development.
