This dissertation is dedicated to the establishment of the peculiarities of the structure and blood supply of the male Wistar rat's tongue in normal condition and experimental diabetes mellitus. We used morphologic (macro-, microscopic, histology, electron microscopic, morphometric), biochemical and statistical methods of research. We established and compared the peculiarities of the structure of heamomicrocirculation of the male Wistar rat's tongue in the norm and streptozotocin-induced diabetes mellitus.
