Ulanovskaya-Tsyba N. Age changes of vesica biliaris wall in the organism of man

Dissertational work is devoted to studying morphophisiological changes of a gall bladder of the person in age aspect. In work morphological methods of research are used: anthopometrical, morphometrical and histologic methods of research of a gall bladder and a cystic duct with statistical analyses of quantity indicators. The received results testify about individuality of the form and the sizes of a gall bladder and a cystic duct. In a wall of researched body people of elderly and senile age have atrophy and a sclerosis of fibers of a mucous membrane, the sclerosis and an obliteration of the majority of venous vessels of own plate of a mucous membrane that results in dysfunction of body develops. The shown stages of development and involutional changes of structural elements of a wall of a gall bladder and a cystic duct. Structural bases of mechanisms of concentration of gall and age changes in drainage system are opened. The hypothesis of the reasons of formationof stones is offered.
