Dissertation is devoted to theoretic-experimental research of the problem of forming of ergonomic competence of future teachers of primary classes. Pedagogical content of competent-ergonomic approach in professional training of future teachers of primary school has been determined. The content and structure of ergonomic competence of future teachers of primary classes. It has been established and experimentally checked that the process of forming of ergonomic competence of future teachers of primary classes will be successful if to follow such pedagogical conditions: ergonomization of the content of training of future teachers of primary classes; formation of students ability to use ergonomic knowledge and professional self-fulfilment constructively; creation of comfort information-objective environment of educational establishment.
