Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problems of genetic properties of porcine enteroviruses and their correlation with serotypical belonging. The process of adaptation of referent strains and isolates populations of porcine enteroviruses to BHK-21/сlonе13 geterologic cell culture is described. Their cytopathic effect and infection activity parallel in both porcine kidney and BHK-21/сlonе13 cell lines is analyzed. Comparative study of thermoresistence in presence of 1 M chlorous magnesium solution and without it and stability of referent strains and isolates of porcine enteroviruses in both porcine kidney and BHK-21/сlonе13 cell lines to the media with different pH-values was conducted. Correlative connections of genetic properties of porcine enteroviruses with their serotypical belonging are set. The method of indication of reproductive activity of porcine enteroviruses in BHK-21 cell lines, the method of genetic markertion of porcine enteroviruses in BHK-21 cell lines are offered .
